Shipping & Returns Policy: Rosie Shaw Fine Art
1. Shipping Information
We take great care in packaging your artwork and products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
• Paintings: Shipped by Rosie Shaw Fine Art via Royal Mail.
• Dispatch time: 1–3 working days.
• Coverage: Worldwide shipping available.
• Duties & Taxes: All orders are shipped Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP). You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
• Prints & Drop-Shipped Products: Produced and shipped by our professional partners.
• Dispatch time: 5–7 working days.
• Coverage: Prints are available for delivery to the UK, EU, and EEA countries only. Other drop-shipped products are available worldwide.
2. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
3. Returns & Damages
We take pride in the quality of our work. Because our paintings and prints are bespoke or made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged during transit, we are committed to making it right.
• Reporting Damages: You must contact us at rosie@rosieshawfineart.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to report any damage.
• Required Documentation: Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.
• Resolution: If an item is confirmed damaged in transit, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement (subject to availability).
4. Return Logistics
• Our Error/Damage: If an item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs.
• Packaging Requirements: If a return is required, items must be sent back in their original packaging or a suitable standard of protective packaging that ensures the work remains safe during transit.
• Non-Faulty Returns: In any circumstance where a return is accepted outside of transit damage, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
